RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR B19 VICTORIA BAY 3 ESTATE
• Maximum number of guests allowed to stay in a 4bedroom apartment is 8 (eight).
• Kindly note that security operatives have been mandated at the main gate to ensure this is followed.
• Please note that to enforce this rule where defaulters are found, the estate authority will immediately turn off the power of the erring apartment.
• Guests cannot drive in and out of the estate at midnight except for emergencies.
• No smoking within the apartment.
• Do not fight, show or use dangerous weapon within the estate. If this rule is not followed, whatever action meted against you will be considered an act of self-defense.
Cooperate with the security officers at all times.
• Let all grievances be reported to the house Manager. Do not take laws into your hands.
• Guest must respect the peace of other residents.
• No hard drugs of any kind are allowed.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed.
• Parties are strictly prohibited. Defaulters will pay a fine of #200,000(Two hundred thousand naira).
• Any item, fittings, electronics etc. Destroyed must be replaced. Damages exceeding caution deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
• Loud music in or outside the apartment is prohibited. A violation of this will lead to disconnection of power.
• No eating, drinking, and smoking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal at the dining table.
• Cars should be parked within the flat’s parking lot. If you have more than 2 cars, ask the house manager for assistance.
• Do not use the apartment for illegal activities. If suspected guilty the necessary authorities will be contacted. Beware!
• Kindly keep all your belongings safe at all times.
